The American Diabetes Association and Camp Copneconic have developed a strong partnership in providing quality summer day camp programs for children living with diabetes. On-site medical staff provide personalized diabetes care and management. Campers explore an array of camp activities and learn that their disease does not have to stand in the way of enjoying an active and healthy lifestyle.
RegisterPOWER Camp expands the capabilities and confidence for children living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Through a “Peer Buddy” program, mentors develop leadership skills, and build new friendships. ASD children engage fully in activities with their peer buddies while expanding their social experiences. Specially designed programs encourage fun and learning in a nurturing environment. POWER Camp helps kids celebrate their uniqueness, take pride in their strengths and to just be a kid!
